• Flood Exports: Provides `flood` and `drain` exports for easy integration and control of water levels.
• Fire Effect Optimization: Disables fire effects on props during sewer flooding to prevent unrealistic underwater fire.
• Ped Removal: Clears all peds inside the sewer for a cleaner environment.
• Fire Prop Replacement: Replaces specific fire props to enable cutting off fire effects, enhancing realism.
